What happens if I arrive late to session?
I kindly request punctuality for the scheduled sessions. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to make it on time, in the event that the session still can be held, it may have to end at the original time, which for some services, will not be possible to reduce the session time. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be at my discretion whether the session can be rearranged or considered as taken.
What happens after I send the “Consultation Form”?
I will get back to you no later than 48 hours and will provide you any feedback or clarifications, if you had, a confirmation of the price and my availability. Once we have agreed time for the session and type service, I will send you a payment link for you to proceed with the payment.
Can I pay after the session?
Unfortunately, not. All sessions are paid in advance.
How should I pay?
Once we have agreed the type of service and the date (exact or approximate) for the session, I will send you the confirmed price with the payment information for you to proceed, which can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe (using a payment link that I will include). All payments will have to be fulfilled in advance.
What happens if I do not know my real family surnames or my actual date of birth?
In any of the above cases, we will use the ones you have, as there may be a reason why you have them.
For a “Numerology Study” or “Soul Plan”, what name should I provide? My current name?
No, that name is what we called your “overlay” name. I would require your full name given at birth, exactly how it is shown on your birth certificate. Plus, I will also need your mother middle name, in case it is not part of your surnames.
In which cases may I need to consider a “Name Optimisation” to change my name?
There are a few scenarios where you may need to consider changing name, for example, if you are going to get married and adopting your spouse’s surname or to create a new hyphened surname that you both will share. Also, if after a Numerology Study the vibration of your name does not match your purpose or goals at the time. Your original name vibrations will still be playing in the background, but the new active name, will also be vibrating, so choose wisely.
If I cannot change my company name or brand because it is registered, can I still benefit from the “Name Optimisation” service?
Definitely, there are so many ways to change the vibration.
